At MAKE, we use 3D design to not only improve product quality, but also to provide full simulations of how the installation will fit in the specified space and reveal any possible interference in its operation to minimize on-site installation and adjustment during delivery. Sharing the 3D designs with our customers improves system precision and shortens delivery date.
The actual CAD drawings are stored on our servers and can be retrieved on a tablet during customer inquiries or consultations.

    Flexible Bolt Tightening MachineNormally, any obstacle above the bolt makes it impossible to tighten with a nut runner or other such tool, leaving tightening by hand using a wrench as the only alternative. Working with a major transmission manufacturer that contacted us via our webpage, we succeeded in developing a system that could accomplish the work. Using a normal tightening unit and a flat servo-controlled rotatable tightening unit on the robot allowed the system to tighten any position on a flat surface.

    Semi-Automatic Packaging SystemJust manually place enough product for five bags on the tray. The packaging system opens the plastic bag, inserts the parts then prints the lot number, manufacturing date, product name with bar code, and seals the bag. From component placement on the tray to the finished package, this system performs high-speed packaging up to 40 packages per minute.
