海外（アメリカ）向け、５ライン納入実績のある装置です。
４輪コンバーターの溶接ライン内にて、溶接個所のエア漏れと、部品が正規の位置に取付けられているかを検査します。
工程間の搬送は２台のロボットを使用しております（安川電機製　50kg可搬）。

Installed into welding line.
The machine checks the leakage and alignment of converter and its attached parts. Work handlings are conducted by two 6-axis robots (YASUKAWA).

ロボットに走行軸を搭載し、重量のあるワークや切削工具等を自動搬送できる設備です。
長い走行軸を有し、大型のユニット複数台（ギヤシェーパー、ホブ盤、洗浄機等）をリンクさせ運用可能です。

Travel Unit: 9 meter stroke
8-axis control: 6(robot)+1(travel)+1(chucking)
With the long range travel unit, it is possible to link multiple machining units such as: gear shaper, hobbing machine, washing machine and so on, and create a large-scale unmanned machining line.

ロボットに画像処理カメラを搭載し、ワークの位置・位相を自動検出。煩わしいワーク供給時の姿勢や異機種混在の管理が不要となりました。
また、専用バスケットの廃止、供給ミスによるサイクル停止等を回避でき、時間とコストの両面で生産性の向上に貢献しております。

Generally, work handling robot requires the works to be palletized or aligned. To avoid these processes, this robot is equipped with vision system and able to detect work posture and handle them.
Productivity and cost efficiency are improved since no need of special pallet and minimal machine cycle stop due to the supply failure.

ソレノイドバルブの性能検査を行う装置です。
ワークは、ローダーにて前工程の組立ラインより搬入します。検査ステーションは、サイクルタイムと検査時間を合わせる為、同じ検査部を３ステーション設けています。
装置へのワーク投入・取出しは、各々独立した単軸ロボットにて搬送します。検査完了後、直交２軸ロボットにて箱詰めをします。

The unit tests the solenoid valve performance.
Three same test stations are installed for cycle time efficiency. After the test, 2-axis robot palletizes the works.

FMS加工ライン搬送台車で搬送された加工治具を受け取り、ワークの脱着を行います。
加工治具搬出ステーション２式、粗材パレット・完成品パレットステーション２式の計４式のステーションです。

The system receive works from Machining Line AGV. 6-axis-robot loads the work to each process in turn.
